To schedule a Pick-up, simply fill out the online PICK-UP ORDER and click Submit at the bottom.

You may also print out the PICK-UP ORDER and fax to 573-302-7579. 

You will receive an acknowledgement via the same method that you submitted the Pick-Up Order.
